Senior Vice President, Research and Insights

Virginia is a Senior Vice President at GBK Collective with more than 20 years of experience developing and executing research efforts in the U.S. and globally with specific expertise in consumer media, digital behavior, brand communication and content creation. Prior to joining GBK, Lennon held senior leadership positions at Ipsos Connect, Ipsos Media & Technology, OTX Research and Telemundo Network.

While a Senior Vice President with Ipsos, Virginia led the Media Development’s Content Strategy team collaborating with content creators and media organizations to drive meaningful audience insights. She also acted as a multicultural expert for Ipsos Connect, working across three business units, Creative Excellence/Brand Communication, Brand Health Tracking, and Media & Technology. In 15 years with the firm, Lennon played a pivotal role in leading the firm's multicultural research, partnering with clients to uncover insights and strategies to connect with multicultural consumers across different markets.

Virginia is also frequent speaker at key industry events and conferences with past speaking appearances including SXSW, AdWeek, ANA Multicultural Conference, IAB, TMRE, The Female Quotient events, as well as Google’s Multicultural Marketing Forums. As a subject matter expert, she has authored various insights papers and shared strategic guidance with clients in bespoke workshops and presentations.
